I was shopping at Old Navy a few weeks ago and this plaid poncho immediately caught my eye. I knew it would be the perfect piece to add to my wardrobe for fall. It's so comfy and versatile, but also a great price point ($35!). It's perfect for these early October days where the temperature is in the upper 50s - 60s, and I'm not ready to put on my peacoat, but I still want something to keep warm.
Side note, we snapped these pics at the old Board of Education building which has been converted into a luxury apartment complex, how pretty is this courtyard? It's right around the corner from my house so I walk by it all the time and have always wanted some picture here!
Even though it wasn't raining on this day, my Hunter rainboots are one of my most worn fall shoes, I even included them on my listing of '10 Shoes Every Girl Needs this Fall'. I have the packable version and they are so comfortable. I went through several pairs of rainboots while living in New Orleans for college and grad school but no rainboots I tried can compare to these babies. I'm so glad I finally bit the bullet and invested, you won't regret it! And if you have wide calves, Hunter makes a great wide-calf version. I would consider my calves average and I have the regular boots, so I'd say they run pretty standard to average boot measurements. Also, how pretty is this these pink ones?
What do you think of this look? What are your most worn pieces in the fall?
